The Las Vegas Raiders defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers 26-17 Sunday at Heinz Field. The Steelers had another poor first half, falling behind 9-7 at halftime, and never led in the game. Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger threw for 295 yards and a touchdown. He was also intercepted, which led to the Raiders opening field goal in the first quarter. Kicker Chris Boswell hit a 56-yard field goal in the fourth quarter, the longest kick in Heinz Field history.
Wide receiver Diontae Johnson had nine catches for 105 yards. Najee Harris scored his first NFL touchdown when he caught a 25-yard score.
Las Vegas quarterback Derek Carr threw for 382 yards on the Steelers defense, who played without cornerback Joe Haden due to an injury. Linebacker Devin Bush also did not play.
The Steelers lost defensive lineman Tyson Alualu to a fractured ankle in the first half, and he will miss the remainder of the season. Linebacker T. J. Watt also left the game with a groin injury in the opening half.
The Steelers host Cincinnati Sunday at 1pm.
In Other AFC North games – The Bengals fell to Chicago 20-17. Cleveland defeated Houston 31-21. Baltimore defeated Kansas City 36-35 on Sunday Night Football.
Tonight on Monday Night Football – Detroit will host Green Bay. Kick-off is 8:15pm.
