Cross Country:
–The Knoch Girls swept Highlands, Shady Side Academy and Southmoreland to improve to 6-0 this season. The Knoch Girls have not lost a section meet since October of 2018, a 28-meet stretch. The two-time defending Double-A Section-4 champions placed six runners in the top-10 after Tuesday’s meet.
The Knoch Boys also swept those three teams and improved to 4-1 this season, placing five runners in the top-10.
The Knoch Cross Country wins give Knights head coach Wes Brahler more than 500 career wins over his 32-year career at both Knoch and Moniteau, where Coach Brahler has an overall record of 507-317.
