Grass Roots – July 20, 2025

We are excited to welcome to the show tonight Jarrod Craiger of the J Craiger Band out of the Steubenville/Wierton area. This is a band that is going to throw you right back into an era of pool halls, ash trays, whiskey shots and beer. Hailing from Josephine, TX, Jarrod has crafted a pretty cool sound and has written some damn good material.
Amanda Becker from the Moraine State Park Regatta also joins us to let us know about all of the happenings going on at Moraine State Park over August 2 and 3rd.
We’ll also feature a brand new song from Acoustic Fingers, our first ever Grassy Award winning band Highway 4, some rockabilly out of Cleveland with the Lords of the Highway, and another past Grassy Award winning band The Stage of Dreams.
Speaking of Grassy’s… you have less than 2 weeks remaining to determine this year’s winner, to be announced at The Band Jam Grass Roots Music Festival.
Speaking of The Band Jam…. the schedule has been announced, and 2 of the 3 ticket drops at local area McDonald’s restaurants have been completed. Stay tuned for information on the 3rd one.
