The Pittsburgh Penguins have announced Mike Rupp will not return to the broadcast booth this season. Rupp was part of a rotation involving Phil Bourque and Colby Armstrong. He also is a studio analyst with the NHL Network, and would fly in for Penguins games from New York. The Pens plan to use only Bourque and Armstrong this season as color analysts.
