Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst announced plans to create an alternative to Coachella for musicians not invited to the popular California festival. Durst replied, “Let’s start our own experience gathering and our own acknowledgement event to welcome all of the uninvited – I’ve got a couple [of] ideas I’ve been working on for quite some while now – happy to elaborate if ever interested – sending good vibes.” Despite being a popular wishlist act among attendees, Limp Bizkit has never performed at Coachella since the festival began in 1999.
