Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike McCarthy announced Wednesday that the team’s two young quarterbacks will play the entire preseason game Friday night against the New York Jets. Will Howard will start and play the first half. Rookie Drew Allar will play the second half. McCarthy said he saw what he needed to see from Mason Rudolph last week and starter Aaron Rodgers will remain on the sideline.
Kick-off Friday night at Acrisure Stadium is 7pm.
