Chase Briscoe held off a fierce challenge from his teammate Christopher Bell to win the Nascar Cup Series race by a bumper at Charlotte Motor Speedway Sunday. It was the second-closest win at Charlotte, behind a photo-finish win by Jimmie Johnson over Bobby Labonte in 2005. It was Briscoe’s second straight win after leading the field in Las Vegas last week. Ryan Blaney, Josh Berry and Denny Hamlin completed the top five. The drivers head to Phoenix this Sunday with four races remaining in the playoff “Chase”.
