Grass Roots – August 16, 2026

Tonight is preview show #2 for The Band Jam Grass Roots Music Festival. We will take you through the Saturday lineup on the Bricks & MiniFigs Butler stage at Cooper’s Lake Campground. The music gets underway at 11a with Kate Dunn and Next Rodeo Band, Cross Roadzz, Chuck Moses and The Trash Bandits, Logan B & Dirty Leaf, Lords of the Highway, and The Confessors. We’ll take a short intermission while the B.A.S.H. / Butler Area Society of Homebrewers tent opens up benefiting Fostering Music and then it is back to the music with Noble Hops, The Shiners, Dinnerbell Road, Rurally Bankrupt and Juvenile Characteristics.
By the end of it all we’ll know who this years Grassy Award winner is as well. Will we have already announced it Thursday during the RAM Automotive INC. Singer/Songwriter night? Or during the music on Friday? Who will win a free song from The Meatlocker Recording Studio? You need to be there to find out.
Oh, and so many Josie Music Awards connections. Western PA baby…
