Grass Roots – August 30, 2026

On tonight’s show we catch up with Chip and the gang, wait… I don’t think we are supposed to mention his name. We welcome to the studio The Charge Ups. They’ll be discussing some of their rebranding over the last year plus the forthcoming release of not just one new album, but 4 albums. Yes, there is a brand new Charge Ups album coming along with a solo album from each member of the band: King Chip, King Maleena, and King Nolan. So tune if for that, get the scoop, and hear a cut from each of the 4 alubms which are dropping on Sept 4.
We’ll also feature music from Juvenile Characteristics, Rurally Bankrupt, Stiff Poür (out of The Meatlocker Recording Studio), and the Highland Brothers and Ben Mainhart.
