A low-flying helicopter will be inspecting power lines in Butler County over the next two weeks.
West Penn Power says the helicopter will be used to inspect the utility’s company’s entire power grid to identify damage or issues that could lead to service disruption. The inspections are routine.
West Penn Power has about 150 transmission lines.
