The NHL draft begins Friday. The Pittsburgh Penguins will have the 11th pick overall in the opening round. They could also receive the New York Rangers selection in the first round, unless the Rangers decide to defer that pick to next season. The Rangers have to make that decision by tomorrow. The Penguins will have 10 picks overall, including three in the third round.
