Slippery Rock pounded Millersville 70-10. The Rock scored on ten straight possessions and put up more than 700 yards of offense in the victory. Running back Jay Jay Jordan scored five touchdowns, tying a program scoring record and quarterback Da’One Owens threw for over 300 yards and three touchdowns.
The Rock improved to 3-0 overall and open Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Western Division play this Saturday afternoon when they visit California for a noon kick-off.
