The public is invited to watch a student performance this weekend on the campus of Slippery Rock University.
Slippery Rock University Theatre will present Red Bike at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday as well as a 2 p.m. matinee on Sunday in the Stoner Black Box Theater. Additional shows are planned for Tuesday and Wednesday as well.
The production is about an 11-year-old child’s world-expanding experience on a bright red bike while also commenting on materialism, the American Dream, and the importance of relationships.
Tickets are $14 for general admission and $12 for SRU students. Tickets can be purchased online through the SRU website or at the Black Box Theater ticket counter one hour before each performance.
