Butler senior volleyball outside hitter Andrew Slaughenhoup and Seneca Valley senior outside hitter Malachi DeGraaf were both named to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette’s All-Area team today. Butler finished as the WPIAL runner-up and reached the state semifinals this season. Seneca Valley finished third in the WPIAL and also reached the state tournament.
Both Butler and Seneca Valley are in the same section as state champion North Allegheny.
