A winning lottery ticket worth $1 million was sold in Butler County.
The winning scratch off ticket was sold at The Belmont II on North Main Street Extension in Center Township. They will receive a $5,000 award for selling the winning ticket.
It was an “All Cash” $20 scratch off lottery ticket.
