A waterpark in Butler County is suing Governor Tom Wolf arguing that there is no evidence COVID-19 spreads at their facility.
Pirates Cove, which is located inside Conley’s Resort on Route 8 South, filed the suit earlier this week against Wolf and Dr. Rachel Levine.
Attorney Tom King is also prosecuting this lawsuit and claims that waterpark has followed CDC guidelines and there is no basis for the government to shut down the park.
Kalahari Resort in Monroe County has also sued the Governor and Secretary based on the same argument.
