State police are investigating after someone stole over a dozen of batteries from buses in Jefferson Township.
Police were called late last Friday night to ABC Transit, a school bus company located on Saxonburg Road.
Police say that someone found that around 15 batteries were stolen from buses on the property, with other batteries that were detached and placed on the ground.
Police also say that the video evidence was covered during the incident.
It’s estimated that the batteries are worth over $2,000.
