A dental practice has filed a lawsuit against a man who made negative comments about the business online and on his car.
A civil suit filed in Butler County by Three Rivers Dental claims that C.J. Szelestey made negative comments about the business, which is damaging their reputation.
Szelestey told our news partners at WPXI-TV, that he had gone to the business for two crown repairs in December and was told he had to pay his bill while in the practice chair.
After the alleged negative experience, he made posts on Facebook and online reviews about his time at the practice. Szelestey even went as far to paint the back of his car with the negative review, with the line “3 Rivers Dental Bites.”
The business is seeking damages greater than $35,000.
