The Butler Area Public Library continues to present activities and programs for all ages during the coming weeks.
An author talk and book signing is planned for tonight at 6 p.m.
Local resident LuAnn Cherry will discuss her book Old Butler Graveyard about Butler’s first burial ground and how the bodies had to be moved in 1905 to allow for the construction of the yellow brick high school. Copies of the book will be available for purchase.
Additional signings by local authors will take place Wednesday, May 7th, Wednesday May 21st, and Tuesday, June 3rd.
