Several local organizations are coming together today to inspire, engage, and attract the next generation of manufacturers.
The third annual Butler Manufacture Day Showcase is taking place from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Butler Intermediate High School.
Hundreds of 7th and 8th grade students will have the chance to hear from local employers about the high-paying, high-tech careers available in manufacturing around the Butler area. The day will also include feedback on facility visits from a Student Advisory Board Panel.
This event is made possible by the Butler County Manufacturing Consortium, the Manufacturer and Business Association, and the Butler County Chamber of Commerce.
