Today is the last day of school for more Butler County students.
Slippery Rock Area School District wraps up classes today with a half-day. Graduation is planned for tonight at 7 p.m. at SRU’s Morrow Field House. An in-service day will be held tomorrow for teachers and staff.
Karns City Area School District students conclude the school year today with a 7 p.m. outdoor graduation ceremony weather permitting.
Then on Friday, the Karns City Incentive Committee is holding a Food Truck Fair in the front parking lot of the High School. Breakfast trucks will be on site from 6 until 10 a.m. before lunch trucks arrive and remain until around 2 p.m. This fundraiser benefits the Karns City Scholastic Foundation.
