The leader of Butler County’s Area Agency on Aging will be taking over a prominent role for a state association.
Beth Herold was named the board president of the Pennsylvania Association of Areas Agencies on Aging. In the role, Herold will advocate for aging agencies across the state.
She said addressing funding gaps and advocating for cost-effective services will be important during her time as president.
Herold has been the director of the Butler County Area Agency on Aging for the last 14 years.
