A local state representative is hosting a free concealed carry seminar open to the public later this week.
Republican Aaron Bernstine will be hosting the event tomorrow (Wednesday) from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Unionville Volunteer Fire Company Building.
Butler County Sheriff Mike Slupe will present information about state firearm laws, safe handling practices, and the Castle Doctrine as well as answer questions.
Bernstine says these seminars give gun owners a chance to learn about the laws when it comes to concealed carry and firearms safety as well as avoid potentially costly mistakes.
