A man was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital after an accident involving a lawn mower.
Dispatchers say the accident happened in the backyard of a home on North Maple Drive in Center Township.
A man in his 80s reportedly fell off his riding mower and suffered a serious injury to his leg. A tourniquet was applied in order to stop the bleeding.
A medical helicopter was initially called, but that was canceled and the man was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital by ambulance.
