A local teacher was recently named the winner of an academic achievement award.
Stephanie Baldauf teaches first grade at St. Wendelin Catholic School in Herman and just won a Golden Apple Award.
The honor recognizes teachers and administrators for their work in the classroom, church, and community.
Baldauf has been at St. Wendelin’s for ten years.
