Attorney General Dave Sunday is calling upon credit card companies to crack down on preventing illegal sales of vaping products.
Sunday joined a coalition of other attorneys general around the country urging companies like American Express, Capital One, Visa, and more to take stronger action on preventing their payment networks from being used to facilitate sales of illegal vapes.
They specifically mention the online market, which allows underage kids to use credit cards to order vaping products.
States have taken action against the vape sellers, but say credit card companies also play a large role in preventing kids from getting vapes.
