This past weekend, the Walk to End Alzheimer’s at Green Valley Park in Beaver County raised a large amount of money.
Thanks to many donations, the Butler/Beaver Alzheimer Association was able to raise over $34,000.
The over 100 people participating in the walk were able to support care and research programs for people with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
Although the walk took place last weekend, fundraising efforts are continuing through the end of the year.
