State officials are urging drivers to be aware behind the wheel as April marks “National Distracted Driving Awareness Month.”
The month comes as Pennsylvania prepares to enact a law that will prohibit using hand-held while driving.
It’s called Miller’s Law and it will officially go in effect on June 5th this year.
Drivers will no longer be allowed to use a hand-held device while driving at any time; that includes while being in traffic, a red light, or another temporary stop.
