Known as the Armstrong Neighborhood Channel, it recently changed to providing locally produced content 24/7.
The channel will showcase shows and programming that have been produced throughout their coverage area.
In addition to watching the Armstrong Neighborhood Channel on cable at channel 100, it can also be streamed on YouTbue.
