At least one person was seriously injured after a vehicle went off of I-79 and rolled onto the road below in Worth Township.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center just before 12:30 p.m. Tuesday for a rollover crash near the 104 milemarker on I-79 northbound.
When crews got on scene, they found the car went down a hillside and landed on Brandon Road, underneath an I-79 bridge. The driver was alert and conscious, but suffered a head injury. A medical helicopter was called to take the driver to an area hospital.
Witnesses told police that a tractor trailer hit the car, but kept on going.
There was debris on the road following the accident.
Drivers may see delays.
