A Cranberry woman has been accused of committing a sexual act in front of a minor in Cranberry Township several years ago.
In February, Cranberry Township Police received a Child Line Report for 38-year-old Kelly Yockey Committing a sexual act in front of a child.
According to charging documents, the incidents occurred between 2022 and 2023.
The victim, who was seven at the time of the incident, claimed they walked in on Yockey committing a sexual act. When Yockey saw the alleged victim, she’s accused of not stopping or attempting to cover herself.
Yockey has been charged with corruption of minors, indecent exposure, and open lewdness and was released on the condition she returned to further court hearings.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for June 21.
