Charges have been filed in connection with a hit and run crash that occurred last month.
According to State Police, the crash took place on Interstate 79 North on the afternoon of April 14th.
A witness told police that a vehicle driven by Eugene McMullen had been struck and rolled over numerous times when a truck was merging into the lane of travel. McMullen was seriously injured but the truck did not stop.
The witness shared footage from a dash cam with police who determined the company that the truck belonged to. A representative of the company identified Brett Kellogg of Jenkintown as the operator of that truck. Kellogg refused to speak with police but is facing charges including misdemeanor accidents involving death or personal injury.
