A house was damaged in a fire this morning in Butler Township.
The fire broke out around 11 a.m. in the 200 block of Penn Avenue of the Lyndora neighborhood.
Crews arrived on scene to find a working fire and soon elevated it to a two-alarm fire.
Multiple crews battled the fire, which started in a corner room on the first floor of the home. Butler Township fire officials say it soon began to spread to a stairwell, but was quickly knocked down by crews.
There were residents inside the home when the fire broke out, but they were all able to safely escape with no injuries.
Fire officials say there was damage done to the home, but believes the house is salvageable. Crews also removed a number of items from the house so the fire would not rekindle.
The cause of fire is under investigation.
Crews from Butler Township, Butler City, the Butler VA, East Butler, Penn Township, Unionville, Saxonburg, and Chicora Fire Departments were among those dispatched to help fight the blaze.
