Kathy Smith announced she is running for the 11th Legislative District.
Smith is a writer, videographer, and former government employee.
Her campaign is focused on better housing, education, and healthcare.
Smith is running as a Democrat, but will not appear on the ballot.
Voters in the 11th District will only see the Republican Mustello’s name on the ballot this fall.
