There were 48 new cases of COVID-19 and one additional death for Butler County Friday.
That now brings the death toll in the county to 338.
As of Wednesday morning, Butler Memorial Hospital was treating 29 patients for the coronavirus, with six COVID patients in the ICU.
Statewide, there were 4,688 new cases and 138 additional deaths.
Also, just over 3,000 people in Pennsylvania are being treated at a hospital for the coronavirus.
