The Knoch School District is bidding farewell to a school administrator.
During their Wednesday night meeting, the school board accepted the resignation of Director of Special Services Dr. Greg Boerio effective the end of this month so that he can accept a position with the Children’s Institute.
Boerio was hired by Knoch in 2023 as the principal of the Knoch Primary School before transitioning into the position of Director of Special Services.
The process to find Boerio’s replacement is already underway with applications being accepted and interviews to begin next week before a hire could be made by the board next month.
