
An Evans City man is facing charges after he allegedly went onto someone’s property and was not wearing any clothes.
Police were called to a Connoquenessing home on May 2 for a man reported to be completely naked and exposing himself.
When police arrived on scene they spoke with the victim who said as he was returning home, with his 11-year-old child in the vehicle, and found the naked man near woods in his backyard.
The man was later identified as 56-year-old Robert Pagonis.
The victim’s wife and two other children were also home at the time of the incident.
Pagonis has been charged with six counts of indecent exposure, three counts of open lewdness, and loitering and prowling at night.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for June 18.
