Butler Township Police have charged a man with a DUI after he crashed his vehicle on New Castle Road.
On May 15th, Butler Township Police were called to the 200 block of New Castle Road just after 6 a.m. for a single vehicle crash.
When police arrived on scene the vehicle was found on the side of a barrier, near the New Castle/Evans City Road split.
The driver of the vehicle was 42-year-old Thomas Cipolla of Butler, who witnesses say was acting erratically after the accident.
Cipolla was charged with a DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, and several other traffic offenses.
