Police are providing more information on an accident that sent two people to the hospital earlier this week.
The two-vehicle crash happened Tuesday around 5 p.m. near the entrance to the Clearview Mall.
State police say 70-year-old Carmela Collongues of Butler was turning left from Route 8 into the mall when she was hit by a vehicle driven by 52-year-old Patricia Forester of Saxonburg.
Collongues’s vehicle overturned in the crash.
Both women were taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
