NexTier Bank is acquiring an Ohio-based bank.
The company announced they have closed on a deal with Riverside Bank of Dublin.
The legal merger closed on Monday, with the operational merger set to happen in November.
NexTier continues to add to their footprint, which now spans Western PA, New York, and Ohio.
