A local leader in the billboard industry is selling.
Oliver Outdoor announced they are selling their outdoor advertising assets to Adams Outdoor. The sale price was not disclosed.
“It was great working with the Adams team to close this deal. What started from humble beginnings in 2004, with one sign near Ford City, Pennsylvania, had grown to become one of the largest billboard companies in the Tri-State area,” co-owner Jerry Oliver said.
Adams Outdoor is a portfolio company of Searchlight Capital.
Oliver continues to have a business presence in the county with land development and retail.
