PennDOT is implementing travel restrictions later today for a number of highways in the area.
The restrictions are in place on the PA Turnpike, I-79, I-279, and I-80 among others starting at 6 p.m. Monday
Under these restrictions, tractors without trailers, RVs, commercial or school buses are not allowed on the highway.
PennDOT officials say they could add more restrictions if the weather worsens.
