Spooky season is right around the corner, and the state is reminding operators of haunted houses about all of the necessary requirements.
New regulations from the Department of Labor and Industry says all operators must submit an approved safety plan before they apply for a performance permit.
Officials with the department say the move was made to ensure Child Labor laws were being enforced appropriately.
